In Jhansi, at around 4.45 am on Friday, Kaustubh (17), the only son of Deputy Commissioner of GST, Rajiv Shakya, committed suicide by jumping from the eighth floor in Royal City. Before jumping, Kaustubh also sent a message to a girl. Love you was written in this message. The parents were in Noida at the time of the incident. The police have started searching for the reason behind the suicide by taking possession of the mobile phone. Rajiv Shakya, originally a resident of Etawah, is posted in Jhansi section for the last four years. He lives with his family in the fourth floor flat number 409 of Royal City. The family consists of wife, son Kaustubh and daughter. Kaustubh was a student of class XII. According to the police, on Thursday night, Rajiv had gone to Noida with his wife by Rajdhani Express.
