Today's time most people sit in front of the computer screen for a long time, due to which many physical problems start to occur. According to a study published in the British Medical Journal , people who sit for more than 9.5 hours a day have an increased risk of death. Posture related problems become quite common in people who sit in the same position for a long time during work or studies.
