A woman died after a man allegedly cut off her breasts, limbs and ears in full public view. Police said that the incident occurred in Bihar's Bhagalpur district. The woman who belonged to an OBC community was stabbed and the accused cut off her breasts, after which she succumbed to her injuries, police added.Bhagalpur Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Babu Ram said that the woman was stabbed multiple times in the chest and she succumbed while being treated at a hospital.
