Deputy commissioner's son sent a message to the girl before jumping from the 8th floor, read that last message

In Jhansi, at around 4.45 am on Friday, Kaustubh (17), the only son of Deputy Commissioner of GST, Rajiv Shakya, committed suicide by jumping from the eighth floor in Royal City. Before jumping, Kaustubh also sent a message to a girl. Love you was written in this message. The parents were in Noida at the time of the incident. The police have started searching for the reason behind the suicide by taking possession of the mobile phone. Rajiv Shakya, originally a resident of Etawah, is posted in Jhansi section for the last four years. He lives with his family in the fourth floor flat number 409 of Royal City. The family consists of wife, son Kaustubh and daughter. Kaustubh was a student of class XII. According to the police, on Thursday night, Rajiv had gone to Noida with his wife by Rajdhani Express. Kaustubh was alone at home with his sisters. In the night, both the sisters ate food, but Kaustubh kept walking while talking on the mobile in the lobby in front of the flat. At around 2.15 pm, he called a friend living near his flat and called on the eighth floor to tell the important thing, but the friend did not reach.Kaustubh reached the eighth floor at about quarter to four in the morning. Keeping the phone on the edge of the railing here, he jumped down. Hearing the sound of the fall, the security personnel reached the spot. Kaustubh was lying there bleeding. The security personnel immediately called an ambulance and informed the Sipri Bazar police. The security personnel took him to the medical college, where doctors declared him brought dead. The police informed his father about the accident. Father Rajiv returned to Jhansi at around one o'clock in the afternoon. The police handed over the dead body to the family members after conducting a post-mortem in the late evening. ipri Bazar Inspector JP Pal says that the family has not given any clear reason for the suicide. Police say that Kaustubh used to have a long chatting with the girl whom Kaustubh sent the last message to, but the student has denied information about Kaustubh taking this step.
