Omicron Vaccine: US approves 'updated vaccine' without clinical trial? India's big announcement too.
The Omicron variant of Corona continues to wreak havoc in many countries of the world including India since the beginning of this year. Studies have found that Omicron's sub-variants are more likely to cause infection by easily evading vaccination or by bypassing the immunity built up by prior infection. Experts believe that since the corona vaccines present around the world have been prepared by targeting the original variant of the virus. Now new variants are emerging in the corona virus with many mutations, due to which the risk of infection remains constant even after vaccination.
