1-Don't put sugar on top
You should never put any kind of sugar, brown sugar , honey or syrup on your tea, coffee or breakfast foods. Along with this, you should gradually start reducing the amount of sugar in your diet. Apart from this, instead of sweets, start consuming fruits and dry fruits.
2-Drink water not soda
Whenever you feel thirsty, drink water instead of soft drinks or energy drinks. There is nothing better than water when you are thirsty. If you feel like drinking fruit juice, then instead of packaged fruit juice, eat fresh fruit or drink coconut water.
3-Check the Label
You always need to choose foods that have the least amount of added sugar while buying them from the market. So whenever you buy any food item from outside, check on its label which ingredients are present in it.
4-Choose healthy options
Instead of adding sugar to your favorite food, try adding almond, vanilla, orange or lemon flavor to it. If you want, you can use spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, which improve the taste as well as the color of the food.
5-Don't add sweetener
If you have started using stevia or other sweetener instead of sugar considering it healthy, then let us tell you that you have made a big mistake. You may use these things to calm your cravings, but do not use them excessively.
