This is because at 6:00 the kapha dosha kicks in. If you delay in getting up from this time, then you may have a lot of trouble while getting up. That's why one should wake up early in the morning and go for a walk or do exercise. What is the right time to take bath in the morning? In Ayurveda, the right time to take bath is in the morning, it helps you to avoid many diseases, you remain fresh throughout the day. According to research published in NCBI, taking a bath improves mental and physical health. Symptoms like stress and depression are not seen in people who take bath daily. Is it the right time to eat? Pitta time starts at 10:00 am and lasts till 2:00 pm. When there is maximum sunlight in the day then it is the time of pitta. This time affects your productivity. Therefore, at this time you should handle the work related to your office or home. Digestion is very good at this time. That's why you should eat your heaviest meal of the day at this time. Do not eat too many spices and hot things at this time. What should be the right time to sleep at night? In the evening, this cycle starts repeating again. At 6:00 in the evening, the time for cough comes again. During this time you should eat very light food and prepare to sleep by 10:00 pm. From 2:00 in the night to 6:00 in the morning, there is time for Vata, at this time you should not do any productive work.
