If someone does not have money to spend, then someone is 'homeless', these are the poorest candidates of the first phase

The first phase of voting took place in Gujarat today. In 89 seats in 19 districts, till 5 pm, more than 59 percent people cast their vote. A total of 788 candidates were in the fray. These include candidates of Bharatiya Janata Party, Congress, Aam Aadmi Party.Out of 788 candidates who contested in the first phase, 21 percent i.e. 167 are facing criminal cases. Among these also, Aam Aadmi Party has maximum 36 percent tainted candidates. There are 211 candidates who are crorepatis. The average asset of crorepati candidates is Rs 2.88 crore. He is the poorest candidate Independent candidate from Rajkot West Bhupendra Bhavanbhai Patolia is the poorest candidate in the first phase. He has shown zero assets in his election affidavit. Bhupendra has neither movable nor immovable property. Means neither they have any house of their own to live nor even a little money to spend in elections. Bhupendra does not even have the money to print pamphlets and posters. These three are also included in poor candidates 1. Rakesh Bhai Suresh Bhai Gamit: Rakesh Bhai Suresh Bhai Gamit , who is contesting from Vyara seat of Tapi on Bahujan Samaj Party ticket, is also very poor. Rakesh has shown total assets of one thousand rupees. Rakesh neither has a house of his own nor a car or cycle to move. 2. Jayaben Mehulbhai Boricha: Jayaben, contesting as an independent from Bhavnagar West, has assets worth only Rs 3,000. This amount is also included in the movable property. Means they also do not have any house of their own to live in. Apart from this, there was not even money for election propaganda. 3. Sameer Fakruddin Shaikh: Sameer Fakruddin, who is contesting from Surat East assembly seat, also does not have any wealth. Fakruddin has told in his election affidavit that he has total movable assets worth Rs.6,500. There is nothing in the name of immovable property ie house, house, plot, farm and others. How many candidates how rich in the first phase?
