It is also believed in astrology that during the eclipse we have to take some special precautions, Which can seriously affect our health. Pregnant women are also advised to take some special precautions during the eclipse period and they are advised that they should avoid doing some work so that they do not face any problem. 1- Do not eat food during eclipse According to religious beliefs, it is believed that pregnant women should not eat any kind of food during the eclipse. Elders advise and tell that due to the ill-effects of an eclipse, the food becomes dirty and eating that food has an adverse effect on the body. However, if you are eating kept food, then eat those things only by adding basil leaves or Gangajal to it. 2-Stay away from sharp objects It has been pointed out in religious beliefs that pregnant women should not touch any sharp or sharp things like needle, knife, scissors during the eclipse period and should stay away from them during that time. The reason behind this is not clear, but it is said that the use of these sharp things can endanger the unborn child and cause side effects. 3-Don't leave the house According to religious beliefs, during a solar eclipse, even if it is in the beginning and till the end, pregnant women should not go out of their house in the sun. Elders say that going out of the house during solar eclipse adversely affects the health of the child. That's why it is not considered right to go out of the house. 4-Don't look at the sun According to the scriptures, not everyone should see the solar eclipse with the naked eye, especially pregnant women. Elders say that seeing the solar eclipse of pregnant women adversely affects the health of them and their unborn child and may have to face many kinds of problems. Therefore, the eclipse should never be seen with the naked eye. 5- Take a bath after the eclipse is over According to religious belief, pregnant women should focus their attention in Bhajan-Kirtan and remember God during the eclipse period. At the end of the eclipse, pregnant women should immediately take a bath and wear clean clothes. The eclipse period is considered inauspicious and it is advised to cleanse the body immediately after that.
