Add a cup of oats to it by grinding it finely (It is more beneficial to use home-made oats)
Keep stirring until the oatmeal dissolves well
When the water looks like light milk then the water is ready for bath.
Keep the body under that water for at least 15 to 20 minutes
2. Aloe Vera Juice
Allergy symptoms on the skin can also be relieved with the help of aloe vera juice. There are many such elements found in aloe vera, with the help of which can help reduce symptoms like swelling, burning and redness on the skin. However, you have to keep in mind that use only fresh juice of aloe vera. This is because using aloe vera juice or products from the market that has been extracted too late can aggravate skin allergies.
3. Ice Cream
Soaking the skin with ice also works to remove many different diseases. Cold compress can also prove to be very beneficial for skin allergies. If allergy symptoms are occurring in any part of your skin, then by applying ice to that area, problems like burning, redness, itching and swelling are felt. However, keep in mind that do not apply ice directly on the skin, doing so can cause damage to the skin which is called ice burn. In such a situation, you can compress the ice by wrapping it with a clean cotton cloth.
Take special care of these things
However, you need to keep in mind that skin allergies are usually caused by an external substance or environment. If the above home remedies are not reducing the skin allergy or the symptoms are increasing in reverse, then there may be some similar ingredients in them that you are allergic to. In such a situation, the use of that home remedy should be stopped immediately and a dermatologist should be contacted.
