Woman kidnapped and gang-raped, car-riding accused carried out the crime

A case of kidnapping and gang-raping a woman resident of Khurja area has come to light. The victim alleges that when she was standing near the bus stand in the countryside area waiting for the bus, the accused in the car abducted her. After committing the gang rape, the accused fled after throwing her near the canal. The police has started investigation into the matter on the complaint of the victim.
A woman resident of a village in Khurja gave a complaint to the SSP and told that she is currently living in Mathura. It is alleged that she had come to meet the SSP on September 15 to take action in a case registered earlier. On the orders of the SSP, when she was standing at Maharana Pratap Chowk in the countryside area to go to Khurja police station, some accused in a car abducted her. According to the complaint, after taking her to an unknown place after drinking intoxicants, committed the incident of gang-rape and later escaped after throwing her near the canal in the city area. When he regained consciousness, he informed the police about the matter. It is alleged that the police kept him in illegal custody for five days and then released him. The victim has demanded action by giving a complaint to the SSP in the matter. Police station in-charge Sanjeev Kumar Sharma said that the woman who made the allegation is having a dispute with the accused over the property. Such a case had come to the fore in the past as well. The matter is being investigated, further action will be taken soon.
