Noida: At least 16 female employees fell unconscious after mosquito repellent was sprayed in an electronic parts manufacturing company in Greater Noida's Ecotech 3 police station area in Uttar Pradesh. The women were admitted to a nearby private hospital on Sunday evening.
On September 11, a private company named Elgin Electronics was sprayed with mosquito repellent. In which 16 women working in that company fainted. As soon as the women fainted, they were rushed to the nearest private hospital. Actually, some types of chemicals are used in mosquito repellent medicines, which work as a poison not only for mosquitoes but also for humans. Perhaps this chemical must have gone into the body of women through the air and due to this her health deteriorated and she became unconscious.

According to the latest information, 2 women have been discharged, while 14 women are also hospitalized and are undergoing treatment.
