Nine forms of Maa Durga are worshiped during Navratri. However, pregnant women should take special precautions while fasting during this period. Actually pregnant women need the right nutrition for the good growth and development of the baby going on in their stomach. Along with this, these women are advised to consume foods rich in fiber and dairy products along with staying hydrated.
