The woman alleged that the elderly husband keeps demanding to have physical relations with her again and again. The woman said that she is very ill and in such a situation she cannot fulfill this wish of her husband. On the other hand, the official of Abhayam helpline said, 'There has been a good relationship between the two for many years. But the woman fell ill a year ago and is not even able to get out of bed. She can hardly move. Even to walk, they have to take the help of son and daughter in law. The officer said that the accused husband knows the condition of his wife very well. According to the information, the woman's husband is a retired engineer. He often quarrels at home. If his demand is not met, he also shouts at his wife and son. Even the neighbors know that there are fights at home. Asked to divert attention to other things, then the Abhayam team counseled the accused husband and requested him to join yoga and senior club along with diverting his attention to other things.
