Therefore, Balasan can be beneficial for hair growth and thickening. To do this asana, bend your knees and sit in the posture of Vajrasana. Now take a deep breath while moving the hands upwards. Then while exhaling, tilt the body forward. In this state, keep the head on the ground and the stomach on the thighs. Trikonasana If the hair is turning white before time and there is dryness in the hair, then practice Trikonasana. To do this asana, stand by keeping both the feet at a distance. Now, keeping the arms and shoulders straight, raise them up. Leaning to the right, touch the foot with the right hand. During this, raise the left hand towards the sky. Repeat this process on the other side. To make the hair thick, black and long, practice Bhujangasana regularly . To do this asana, lie on your stomach and join the legs together. Now keeping the palms near the chest on the line of the shoulders, keep the forehead on the ground. Taking a deep breath, lift the front part of the body up. Stay in this posture for a few seconds while straightening the hands. Then exhale and come back to the normal position.
