Irregular menstruation or late menstrual period changes the menstrual cycle duration, which is very common among women. Generally, the menstrual cycle time in a woman is from 28 to 30 days. So there is a difference of 8 days in the monthly cycles of every woman. But if the difference persists from 8 to 20 days, it's called irregular menstruation. Mostly the symptoms of irregular menses are frequent menstruation and blood clots. This problem can be caused by an imbalance in hormones but can be easily managed. The absence of menstruation in any month in a year is typical, but irregularities in menstruation, i.e. two to three times, are unusual and need to be treated. Raisins
Take 3 grams of raisins and soak them in about 200 ml overnight. Boil it in the morning, and consume it after straining when the quantity remains one-fourth.
Sesame
Mix 5 grams of black sesame with jaggery and consume it four days before menstruation. Sesame will help to regularize your periods.
Amaranth Root
Grind the dry root of amaranth finely; take about 5 grams of it in the morning on an empty stomach about seven days before menstruation.
Ashwagandha
Grind it finely after taking an equal quantity of ashwagandha and sugar. Take it on an empty stomach with water about seven days before menstruation. Do not consume it when menstruation starts.
Revandchini
In the morning, take 3 grams of revandchini on an empty stomach (about seven days before the start of menstruation). When menstruation starts, its intake should be stopped. Revandchini cures all menstrual disorders.
Kudzu (Pueraria Tuberosa)
Grind one spoon of kudzu powder, one spoon of sugar and one scoop of ghee. Taking it daily in the evening and morning stops excess bleeding in menstruation and helps to regularize it.
