1-cold compress
if you are having headache due to gas, then you wrap some ice cubes in a towel and keep it on the head for 15 minutes. Then take a break of 15 minutes and do it again. You will get rest.
2-Ginger tea
The gingerol element present in ginger is rich in antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which provides relief in the problem of gas. You can make tea by mixing ginger and celery, liquorice and basil etc. in a cup.
3-Fennel water

4-Cold M ILK
You can also get relief in the problem of acidity or acid reflux by drinking a glass of cold milk . It contains calcium which not only neutralizes the acid, it also prevents the formation of gas.
5-Chew tulsi leaves
Chewing 7-8 tulsi leaves daily reduces headache and relaxes your muscles. Tulsi leaves have analgesic properties which prove to be very beneficial for you.
6-Mint
Mint is rich in anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. It soothes the burning sensation in your stomach and throat and provides instant relief.
Diet- Include things like white rice, brown rice, red rice, poha, sago, idli dosa in your regular diet. Also include moong, tur, and urad dal in the diet. All these things are considered very beneficial for your stomach.
