Apart from this, vomiting can also be prevented by consuming citrus fruits, in such a situation, to get relief from nausea, mixing lemon juice and honey in water can be beneficial. 3.Drink You can get relief from this drink, to get relief from the problem of nausea, the consumption of cumin-nutmeg has also been said to be beneficial in Ayurveda. Mix 1 teaspoon cumin and a pinch of nutmeg in a cup of hot water, heat it and consume it when it cools down. It also prevents vomiting and relieves feelings of nausea. What is the advice of experts?
