Apart from this, vomiting can also be prevented by consuming citrus fruits, in such a situation, to get relief from nausea, mixing lemon juice and honey in water can be beneficial. 3.Drink You can get relief from this drink, to get relief from the problem of nausea, the consumption of cumin-nutmeg has also been said to be beneficial in Ayurveda.
