The appearance of this color of urine can be dangerous .

The color of urine is completely clear, it is believed that you are completely hydrated, but recently a health expert has issued a warning about this. They believe that having clear color of urine can prove to be very harmful for health.  The color of urine is usually yellow. But many people believe that the color of urine being clear indicates that you are fully hydrated. If you think the same way then you are absolutely wrong. The color of urine being completely clear can prove to be dangerous.
Dr Margaret McCartney said that the color of urine does not clearly tell whether you are hydrated or not. Telling the Telegraph, he said that there are many such health organizations that believe that there is a link between the color of urine and hydration. But this is completely wrong.  In a healthy person, the yellow color of urine is a sign that your kidneys are working properly. At the same time, if the color of your urine is completely clear, then it means that you are consuming more fluid than necessary, which your body does not need. The light yellow color of urine is perfect. When the color of your urine is very dark, it means that you are not consuming the proper amount of water. Many types of problems can be faced due to dehydration such as fatigue, headache and vomiting. Usually, elderly people have to face this type of problem more. Due to dehydration, a person has to face physical and mental problems. A person needs to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water daily for all the parts of the body to function properly. Dr Young said that sometimes the color of urine can become dark due to the consumption of medicines.  If there is infection in urine, stones in kidney and bladder, cancer and bladder syndrome, the color of urine looks red and brown. At the same time, if the color of urine looks orange, then it indicates liver disease.  what is clear urine This colorless urine is sometimes due to drinking an excess of water, while other times it can signal a problem with the kidneys. If your urine is consistently clear or absent of color, you should see a doctor. What causes clear urine? In Diabetes- A person having diabetes has to face the problem of too much urine. This happens due to irregularity of blood sugar level in the body. In diabetes, the body works to remove excess amount of sugar from the body, due to which the person passes urine in more quantity than normal. Excess hydration While many medical experts encourage people to stay hydrated, a fine line exists. Sometimes people can drink too much water. As a result, their urine can be very clear. This is also a concern because too much water can dilute the blood and lower a person’s sodium to dangerous levels. In rare instances, the effects of very low sodium can be fatal. Kidney problems Conditions such as salt-wasting nephropathy or damage to the kidneys can cause the kidneys to get rid of excess salt which can also cause urine without color. Pregnancy Women can experience a form of diabetes insipidus in pregnancy called gestational diabetes insipidus. This can occur when a women’s placenta makes an enzyme that destroys vasopressin, a hormone that can influence urine output. It can also occur when certain hormones interfere with the function of vasopressin. Most cases of gestational diabetes insipidus are mild and will resolve when a woman is no longer pregnant. These are just some examples of potential causes. Rarer medical conditions can also lead to clear, colorless urine. When should you see a doctor about clear urine? A person’s daily urine output is usually somewhere between 1 and 2 liters of fluid a day. However, you may be urinating excessively if your urine appears very clear or colorless and you’re urinating more than 3 liters daily. While every person may experience urine that appears clear occasionally when they’ve had a lot of water or other fluids, you should seek medical attention if your urine is consistently clear and you’re urinating much more than usual for more than two days. Other symptoms that warrant a doctor’s attention include: confusion dehydration a headache that lasts more than a day vomiting and diarrhea for more than two days in adults waking up to urinate more than one time at night with disturbed sleep If you’ve experienced a recent urinary tract infection, kidney stones, or other types of kidney injury, you should also contact a doctor if your urine appears very clear.

Unexpected warning signs for Trump in busy Indiana primary

In 2016, Indiana put Donald Trump on the doorstep of the GOP presidential nomination. But eight years later, the state he called “Importantville” delivered his campaign some flashing red warning signs as Nikki Haley cleaned up in the suburbs. By virtue of its late-in-the-nominating-calendar primary, the Hoosier state has always occupied a unique and occasionally powerful perch to make or break candidacies: Sen. Ted Cruz and then-Ohio Gov. John Kasich dropped out immediately after Trump’s victory that year. But the barn-red state also often acts as a pace car for Republicans nationally. And in a primary that saw a record-breaking $98 million splash across the state, according to AdImpact, Tuesday was no exception. A zombie Haley candidacy continued to punch above its weight in the Trumpiest of states: The former South Carolina governor is on track to break 20 percent for the first time since she dropped out of the race two months ago. Outside of the presidential race, it was the p...
