For this, fruits, vegetables and grains can be consumed. Fiber rich food relieves constipation and keeps stool soft. This reduces the risk of getting piles. Do not stop defecation whenever you feel the need to go to the bathroom during pregnancy, go for the toilet immediately. Do not stop the stool. If the stomach is not fresh, there is a problem in the uterus and intestines and there may be a problem of hemorrhoids. Keep the body hydrated Pregnant women keep themselves hydrated. Drink lots of water for this. Keep drinking liquids like coconut water, lemonade and fruit juices. This can also avoid the problem of piles.
