Hair fall is a very common problem. Especially during the monsoon season, the hair of the scalp becomes very weak and starts falling out. In such a situation, everyone looks for a way to prevent and strengthen hair fall. Well, there can be many reasons for hair loss. In which along with wrong eating habits, not cleaning the hair properly. These three essential oils are very beneficial to overcome the problem of hair fall. By applying them, the breakage of hair stops and new hair also starts growing. So let's know which are those essential oils.
1.Rosemary oil If the hair is extremely weak and thin from the roots. And they are falling apart. So try applying rosemary oil to your hair. With the help of this oil, hair grows and they become a little healthy. Due to which hold the scalp firmly and there is less fall. Due to which the hair also becomes thick. To apply rosemary oil to the hair, mix it with coconut oil. Mix 5-7 drops of rosemary oil in half a teaspoon of coconut oil. Then apply it on the scalp and leave it for half an hour. Then wash the hair with a mild shampoo. Its effect will soon be visible on the hair.
2.Lemongrass oil If there is more dandruff in the hair and hair fall, then apply lemongrass oil on the hair. Sometimes the problem of dandruff in the hair also leads to excessive hair fall. Lemongrass oil removes dryness of the scalp. Due to which dandruff ends. Mix 4-5 drops of lemongrass oil in any shampoo or condition.
3.Sandalwood oil If the hair remains too oily and sticky. Also there is Russian. Due to which hair fall, then applying sandalwood oil can be beneficial. It helps in balancing the oil-producing glands on the scalp. Due to which it gives relief from itching, dandruff and stickiness in the hair. To apply it, mix 3-4 drops of sandalwood oil in coconut or castor oil and apply it on the scalp.
