Those who wear eye glasses, take care of these things, otherwise there may be problems!

Our brain receives about 80 percent of its information through the eyes, so it is important to take special care of the eyes. If someone wears eye glasses, then it means that his eyes are already weak and if more pressure is given on them then vision can also deteriorate. Even if you wear eye glasses, it does not mean that you should be worried. Actually, people wearing glasses should also follow some things to keep the eyes safe and healthy.
1. Wear UV protection goggles The UV rays from the sun are harmful to the eyes and the skin around it. If you spend a long time in the sun, always wear glasses with 100 percent UV protection lenses. 2.Wash your hand before touching your eyes Before touching your eyes, you should wash your hands with mild soap and dry them with a lint-free towel. This is because germs and bacteria inserted in your eyes by your fingers can cause eye infections like pink eye and can even introduce cold and flu viruses into your body. 3.Stop smoking. Among the many ways that smoking harms your health, it also damages the blood vessels that supply blood and nutrients to your optic nerve. Smoking also increases your chance of developing cataracts and age-related macular degeneration. 4. Get Eye Checkups People who are wearing glasses should have their eyes examined by an optometrist at least once a year, even if you do not have any eye problems. A thorough eye exam will help you monitor your eye health and maintain eye health.  5.Eat a balanced diet. It’s important to eat a variety of foods for eye health. Eating assorted fruits and vegetables, especially deep yellow and green leafy vegetables, provide vitamins essential for good eye health. And fish high in Omega 3 fatty acids, like tuna, salmon and halibut, supply key eye vitamins and nutrients. 6.Get regular exercise. Exercising regularly can help prevent conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol, all of which can lead to chronic eye problems that can damage your vision. 7.Avoid self-medication Sometimes there is irritation or allergy in the eyes. In such a situation, some people put any drop in their mind which can be dangerous. Actually, the eyes are a very sensitive organ and should never be taken lightly. Always use the drops recommended by the doctor.
