Sometimes quack advice, sometimes rely on medicine. Jump rope, exercise. Even after all the efforts, if their height does not increase, then they get worried. Actually, many factors are responsible for increasing the height of any person. In this, the role of genetic factors ranges from 60 to 80 percent. Heredity refers to the length of the child's parents. That is, if everyone in your family is tall then you will also be tall and if everyone in your family is short, then your height will probably be less. Apart from this, other factors like balanced and nutritional deficiency, regular exercise, climate, hormones also affect the height.
