The accused raped the girl and left her in another district and fled. A girl went missing on 23 May in Chilla police station area. Even after a lot of searching, the girl was not found, so the family filed a missing person's report. After this, the police recovered the girl after finding out. Now in this case, the family alleges that the girl was raped after taking her from the village. After this the accused fled away leaving him in Fatehpur district. The girl somehow reached home and informed about the incident.
According to the police, the statement of the girl will be recorded in the court after getting her medical done. Banda DSP Anand Kumar Pandey says that a girl had gone somewhere on 23 May in Chilla police station area. A missing case was registered on this. After the recovery of the girl, the family members have accused two youths of the village. Action is being taken by registering a case on this.
