When the women had luteal enlargement, they were given a single dose of 30 grams of ulipristal acetate and 30 grams of meloxicam. the hormones of all these women and reviewed ultrasound scans to identify luteal enlargement. An attempt was made to know whether taking both the medicines together causes or stops ovulation in women. In this study, it was seen that taking two medicines together stopped ovulation of 6 women. contraceptive pills may prove beneficial in preventing pregnancy . People are already using emergency contraceptive pills like pericoital contraception.
