Be it chips, samosas, fries, they are very good in taste, but the oil used to make them can cause a lot of damage.

How to heat cooking oil safely? Do not heat the oil too much for the first time and then keep it in an air tight bottle. Due to which the oil does not spoil and you can cook it by heating it lightly, but do not think to deep fry it in any way. At the same time, if smoke comes out in the oil and blackness is visible, then you should not use that oil at all. Throw it away immediately.
