1-Bal Asana- This asana is very beneficial along with being easy. Bal Asana relaxes the muscles of the waist and this asana also removes constipation. . This asana, which calms the mind, calms the nervous system. To do this, sit on your ankles, keep the hips on the heels, lean forward and place the forehead on the ground.. Keep the hands on the ground, palms facing the sky, extending forward from both sides of the body.

2-Ardha Chandrasana- This asana is a general stretching and balancing pose that is especially beneficial for the lower back, abdomen and chest. By doing this asana, stress gets relieved.
3-Nataraja Asana- Nataraja Asana helps in reducing weight. First of all, stand in a relaxed posture. Place the weight of the body on the left leg and slowly bend the right knee and lift the leg off the ground.Bend the right leg and take it behind you. Grab the right ankle with the right hand. Raise the left arm to shoulder height. While exhaling, press the left foot on the ground and bend forward. Take the right leg away from the body. Keep the head and neck in line with the spine. Remain in this posture for 15 to 30 seconds. With this your body balance will be very good and your body will become more and more flexible. With this asana, the blood circulation in the hands and feet will be better, the nervous system is better.
4--Halasana-, the body is kept in a plow position. It is very important for the body to be flexible for this asana. Lie straight on the floor on your back and keep both your hands straight on the ground in a relaxed posture. Taking a long breath, lift your legs off the floor with the help of abdominal muscles and keep both the legs standing at an angle of 90 degrees. While breathing normally, lift your hips and back off the floor with the help of hands. Now taking your legs above the head, bend them at an angle of 180 degrees until your toes touch the floor. Your back should be perpendicular to the floor. You will definitely find it difficult to be in this posture in the beginning, but after a little effort you can do it easily. Do this process slowly and comfortably. But also keep in mind that you do not have to put pressure on your neck or push it towards the ground. Now come back to normal and give rest to the body for a while. Keep breathing and feel relaxed.
5-Shavasana- Along with relieving stress, this asana is beneficial in high blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease. To do this, lie down on your back and keep in mind that in this position your feet should be absolutely straight on the ground. Keep both your hands at a distance of at least 5 inches from the body. Keep the hands in such a way that the palms of both the hands are in the direction of the sky. Now you have to leave every part of the body loose, and also close the eyes. Take a few breaths. At this time your full attention should be on the breath. Don't let any other thoughts come in your mind. While doing this asana, if you feel any kind of problem in the waist or spine, then you can keep a blanket or pillow under the knee.
