Coronaviruses are a type of virus. Larger droplets may fall to the ground in a few seconds, but tiny infectious particles can linger in the air and accumulate in indoor places, especially where many people are gathered and there is poor ventilation. This is why mask-wearing, hand hygiene and physical distancing are essential to preventing COVID-19. The speed of Corona in the capital Delhi has started scaring once again. On Sunday, 517 new cases of corona were reported in Delhi. The infection rate reached 4.21%. With the speed with which the cases of corona are increasing in the capital, the fear of fourth wave has also increased. The government says that there is nothing to panic now, because the number of patients admitted to hospitals is very less. But the number of infected people living in home isolation is increasing rapidly. Till Saturday, 772 patients were in home isolation in Delhi, whose number increased to 964 on Sunday. At the same time, on April 1, the number of infected people living in home isolation was 332.  Danger looming over children too. In many schools in Delhi and adjoining NCR areas, cases of children getting infected have also started coming to the fore. The Delhi government has issued a guideline when children are found infected in schools. In Gautam Buddha Nagar and Ghaziabad also, children have been found infected in many schools. why are the cases increasing? The third wave caused by Omicron had almost stopped, but now once again the number of infected people has started increasing. Even though the number of patients admitted in hospitals is not increasing, but the number of infected people living in isolation is increasing rapidly. how will Corona be controlled? The Health Ministry of Delhi did away with the requirement of masks on 2 April. The Health Ministry had issued an order saying that no fine will be charged for not wearing a mask in public places. Earlier, for not doing so, a fine of Rs 500 was imposed. Senior Advisor, Internal Medicine at Apollo Hospitals, believes that even though the number of patients admitted in hospitals is small, but strict measures should be adopted to prevent the spread of infection.
